    How to place an order?

    Simply visit www.ausigift.com.au and login to your account or shop as a guest.  You can select the payment method from AUD and USD only. Finally select correct shipping address, fill out required information and place the order.

    Can I place an order over the phone?

    No. We currently do not accept orders over the phone. If you need assistance completing your order, please email info@ausigift.com

    Where do you deliver?

    We offer delivery across most parts of Sri Lanka for further information please refer to current delivery areas. If you need assistance completing your order, please email info@ausigift.com

    Delivery Times?

    Once you place an order with Ausigifts, we guarantee to deliver within 4hours*. Please make sure someone is there to pickup the order.

    Delivery cut-off time?

    We guarantee delivery within 4hours*, Hence our order Processing time window is 8.00am to 5.00 pm Sri Lanka Standard Time. Any order placed after 5.00pm Sri Lanka time will be fulfilled in the next day.


    Delivery 7 days/ week 365 days.*

    Delivery times will be effected on Public holidays. 

    *Once our operations team contact and confirm the recipient is available to collect the order
